Nursery school is your child's first introduction to education. It is no secret that first impressions are important. That's why it is important to prepare your child for their first experience with education. Below are a few tips that can help your child prep for their first day of nursery school.

Make A Schedule and Stick To It
Having a set schedule helps children adapt to the structure that a nursery school has. Routines allow children to learn about order, sequences and the concept of time. It is especially important to have a morning  routines. This will allow children to get ready for school in a timely fashion.

Arts and Crafts Improve Motor Skills
Allowing you children to experiment with art can help develop their motor skills. This can  prepare them for handwriting and drawing projects in nursery school.

Read Them A Bedtime Story
Reading to your children at night before bed can help in two ways. First of all, it can instill of love of learning and reading in your child. Secondly, it can improve your child's vocabulary. Both of these things will make the transition to nursery school a little bit easier.
