A pool party is the perfect way to cool down during the upcoming hot summer days. But, a pool party doesn’t mean it’s all about splashing, diving, and playing Marco Polo. Here are a few ways to make your kid’s party more unique.
Pool float invitation. How can someone turn down a party invitation when it comes in the form of a pool float? But, keep in mind, this invitation should be deflated while it’s being mailed out.
Beach ball bowling. This game is perfect for kids who don’t want to spend all day swimming. All you need are pool noodles, a beach ball, and soda bottles to create a fun, DIY bowling set.
Watermelon popsicles. What’s a summer pool party for kids without some popsicles? Combine the popsicles with watermelon and it’s sure to be a poolside snack the kiddos will love.
Photo booth. Set up a DIY beach backdrop by bringing together beach towels, noodles, floats, and any other water accessories for the kids to use. They’ll end up snapping pictures in front of the scene all day long.
Beach bucket party favor. You can’t let the kids go home without a few goodies to remember the day by. Kick the party favor game up a notch by purchasing beach buckets and adding some summer-themed items like SPF chapstick and mini fans.
